Processing Time  

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery  

- Domestic (South Africa): 3–7 business days.  

- International: 7–21 business days depending on destination.  

- Free shipping on orders over $75.  

Tracking  

All orders include a tracking number. You’ll receive tracking details via email once your package is dispatched.

Delays  

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances. We’ll assist you in tracking and resolving any issues.
